Canadian Order Delays
The Canada Post strike is over, however the backlog may still cause some Canadian delivery delays in December and January. When the strike first began we had been informed by our supplier that they were using alternate carriers. However we were later informed that in some situations the last-mile carrier is still Canada Post. We deeply regret this inconvenience, especially knowing how some of these items were intended as heartfelt gifts for the holiday season.
If the product was indeed intended as a gift, we can create a printable letter with a picture and description that you can use to share with the gift recipient, letting them know their gift is on its way. Joel will also personally sign the letter. And if you don't have a printer, we'd be happy to deliver a printed copy to your home if you're in Ottawa, or we would use FedEx for those outside Ottawa.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, and factors in your location, quantity, and size of items ordered.
We currently ship to a large range of countries worldwide, however if your location is not available please contact us at info@artbyjpositive.com and we will try our best to add support for your country.
Free Shipping
Free shipping in North America and the UK is provided for orders over 75USD/105CAD/65GBP.
For outside North America if you would like to make a large order, please contact info@artbyjpositive.com and we can arrange a custom shipping discount.

All prices for canvas prints include shipping. You can brighten up any room with some J Positive art!
Order and Shipping Times
Every Art By J Positive product is custom made, which makes each one unique and one of a kind. This does make the lead times a bit longer, with typical delivery times being 5-15 business days. However by not pre-stocking inventory this helps us reduce both our carbon footprint and our costs, so that we can donate more towards the causes that are important Joel.

Custom and Duty Fees
Our orders do not incur any customs or duty fees to Canada. However we have very rarely seen a customer incorrectly charged for these by the shipper. If you do experience this, please email us at info@artbyjpositive.com and we will gladly reimburse any Canadian duties.
Returns
All sales are final, however if there are clothing sizing issues, manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or you are at all unhappy with your product please reach out to us within 90 days of purchase. You can email us at info@artbyjpositive.com, and we will do our best to remedy the situation to your satisfaction. J Positive is of course a "positive person", so we definitely want to make sure that all of our customers are happy!
